playing sports




Playing sports is one of the best way to burn calories and have fun. I love playing basketball, and i found out that i lose around 550 calories per game for my weight. And usually play around 3 to 4 games when i play. No wonder i get exhausted after losing more than 2000 calories in two hours. Basketball also help develop stronger muscle around your legs and thighs. And all that running around helps improve my stamina, heart and lungs. But the most importantly it helps improve my mind. Basketball is a thinking game, you have to defend and offend. On every move you have to think of how to outsmart your counterpart. Since its a team game you have to predict how your partners going to play and play the game accordingly. whole in all it sharpens our brain and thinking process.   1. I love to play sports! I've played sports my whole entire life. I played basketball and softball. I loved softball so much i was going to go to college for it but it never worked out as planned. I do enjoy watching sports with my dad we will watch the heat play or football.
